Welcome To The
Supreme Painting
Experience

At Supreme Painting, we have redefined the industry standard by prioritizing personal connection and master craftsmanship. Founded by Mac, who brings fifteen years of expertise with a decade focused on serving the South Bay. He prides his company on operating with the heart of a family business. We are driven by a commitment to deliver a supreme finish and unmatched care for our community, ensuring high-end results are accessible through fair, transparent pricing. We believe that true quality never requires a sacrifice in integrity.

It not just the pricing they have up graded, but the hands on client experience. The challenge The owner faced while running other companies was thatur approach eliminates the friction often found in traditional contracting. We have replaced the frustrating cycle of distant sales reps and disconnected project managers with a streamlined, hands-on experience. Instead of communicating with multiple departments where promises get lost in translation, you work with one dedicated professional from the initial consultation to the final brushstroke, and that will be the owner. At Supreme Painting, the owner remains personally involved in every project, ensuring that the vision we discuss is the exact one we deliver on site. From the moment you reach out, you will deal directly with the owner, Mac. Whether you book your discovery session online or over the phone, he manages your schedule and provides a comprehensive on-site estimate. Once your proposal is accepted, the personalized service continues with a guided color consultation. From First call or estimate to final job walk, you will finally get to Experience a painting service where the owner isn't just a name on a business card, but a partner in your home's transformation.

In-Home Color Consultancy

Once you have decided to move forward, if you have not selected your colors, what we will do is we will schedule a time for me to come out and do an in-home color consultation. With the in-home color consultation, we will use my state-of-the-art AI enhanced photo color insertion, where we will go around your home, take photos of your walls on the interior or the exterior, and then we will choose colors from Sherwin-Williams to put up and create photos so that you can go through and make a decision in regards to which colors you would like to have put up as samples. Once you have decided on three colors, we will then have the colors put up as samples on the side of the home. At this point, I would recommend waiting at least 24 hours in which you can see them in the morning, afternoon, and evening because some colors do change based upon shadows, morning, afternoon, and evening lighting.

my story

Recently, I’d gone through what I’d consider an internal search for what I desire out of this life. I realized I wanted more—not just for myself, but more to give back. I got off the social media apps and switched over to self-help books and nonstop motivational videos. I didn’t know what I was searching for, but I knew I needed something to change. I had just come off the best year of sales at Sucro Painting and closed $1.9 million of sales with a 52% close ratio, which put me in the top 1% of salesmen in the painting industry.

I would have thought that made me happy or feel better, but unfortunately, it made things worse. I always enjoyed selling painting jobs—not just because I was good at it, but because I was able to make people happy and I could take old homes or beat-up interiors—for first-time homebuyers, a newly nesting family, or someone newly married—and turn their beat-up home into an amazing new environment that left them feeling at home and me feeling accomplished. Somehow, over time though, as aging began, it stopped being about the experience and started being more about the money and the accolades. And that’s when

I knew something had to shift. I didn’t want to just ride on numbers or industry praise. I wanted to go back to that feeling of making real, tangible impacts—turning spaces into sanctuaries for families to thrive in. So, I took all that experience, all those lessons, and decided to raise the bar in my own way. That’s how Supreme Painting came about—not just as another painting company, but as an experience centered on craftsmanship, honesty, and bringing a genuine sense of home to every client.

the vision

The Supreme Painting Experience is built upon three core pillars. Inspired by a quote from Mr. Beast—who said, "Nobody can do what I do better than I can; I work every hour I’m awake, invest all my money back into the company, hire the best people, and if anyone could do better, I’d simply sleep less and work harder"—I have taken that ethos to heart.

Separate roles: a salesman visits, a project manager oversees, and a painter finishes the job—rarely with the owner involved. At Supreme Painting, I am redefining this model. As the owner, I am hands-on: I answer every call, conduct the estimates, guide color consultations, coordinate each job, and personally oversee every detail. I will employ only five top-tier crews, ensuring they are the best in the industry, compensated at the highest level.

Every dollar I earn is reinvested back into my business and my team, because they are the backbone of this company. My commitment is to give everything I have—both to Supreme Painting company and painters, as well as most importantly back into the community—so that this vision extends far beyond a simple paint job. And from there, the dream that I hold for Supreme Painting is so much more than just painting—it is a transformative force.

the dream

Over the last 15 years, I have had the privilege of working alongside many incredible business owners, as well as a few who were truly unconventional. One of the most impactful was a Bay Area owner—he was one of the most dynamic and unpredictable individuals I ever encountered. Yet, he placed his trust in something greater than himself—giving back—and he believed that was the greatest investment of all. It was only recently, when I read "Rich Dad Poor Dad," that I was struck by a similar lesson: when asked what is most crucial in times of struggle, the author responded that he gave more to his church and community.

The secret, he said, is that the more we give to others—especially those less fortunate—the more we receive in return. I took this message deeply to heart. That is why Supreme Painting is not just about profit. I aspire to be known for something far greater. Each year, we will launch a community outreach program—a tangible extension of the Supreme Experience—designed to serve those who may be unable to afford it. This effort will be guided by the community itself: nominations will be made by you, voted on by you, and fully executed by me and my team.

The only thing I ask is that you follow us on Instagram or Facebook and send me a direct message with the name of an organization, a widow, a person who lost their job, or someone struggling financially who could use a helping hand. I will create a profile for them. At the end of each year, I will compile all the nominations and, based on the community vote, I will allocate as much as I can toward transforming that person’s life. This is done without expectation—simply from the deep gratitude I have for what others have done for me. As Denzel Washington once said, "The most selfish thing you can do as a human being is help another human being, because nothing else brings as much joy." So yes, I am being selfish—because in this act, I find my greatest joy. And every year, I will pursue one project, growing it as far as I can, so that we can continue lifting others, building a stronger community, and creating a legacy that goes far beyond paint.
